- Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
- Repackage the item with all accessories, clearly labeling the RMA on the package.
- Ship it to the address provided by our support team.
Refund Details
- Refunds are processed within 3–4 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds apply to the product price only. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
